Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee day-to-day operations 2 high-rise multifamily property

• Manage a team including an Assistant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Technician

• Lead leasing, compliance, budgeting, and resident relations efforts

• Ensure property performance goals are met and collaborate with corporate/regional leadership

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of Area Property Manager or Regional Manager Experience

• Familiarity with Oakland/Bay Area housing regulations

• Tech-savvy with experience using platforms like Entrata and Yardi

• Strong leadership skills and ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
