At Percy, we're building new ways to help people find career-advancing opportunities at some of the top multifamily companies in the country. We're currently looking for an On-Site Property Manager for a fully stabilized, Class A property in Temple City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage daily operations as the primary contact at the property

• Handle leasing activities, primarily renewals with occasional new leases

• Manage five retail/commercial spaces (~10,500 sq ft)

• Coordinate with accounting, maintenance, and housekeeping teams

• Maintain property data within property management software (AppFolio, Entrada, or Yardi)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience

• Fluency in Mandarin strongly preferred due to tenant demographics

• Proven ability to manage properties independently

• Experience with AppFolio, Entrada, or Yardi preferred

• Strong organizational and basic financial management skills

• Comfortable living on-site (free apartment provided)

Perks

• Competitive salary: $70,000 - $85,000 base annually
