This is a prime opportunity for an affordable housing leader with deep compliance expertise to own recertification cycles, drive occupancy, and lead a multi-disciplinary team. The community underwent a comprehensive rehab 2 to 3 years ago; the benefits are strong, and the role requires living on-site with nightly property walks. Ideal candidates bring Yardi and RightSource experience and can step in immediately to ensure the March 1 recertifications are completed on time while filling current vacancies.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of a 200+ unit LIHTC property
Lead and develop a team of admin and maintenance staff
Manage compliance and reporting, including annual recertifications
Drive occupancy and leasing results, including filling current vacancies
Coordinate budgets, vendors, inspections, and maintenance workflows
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing a LIHTC property
Proven team leadership experience managing onsite staff
Willing and able to live onsite and perform nightly property walks 5 nights per week
Strong compliance, recertification, audit, and reporting skills with a detail-first mindset
