This is a great opportunity for a maintenance professional with general repair or janitorial experience who’s looking to grow their skills and get certified in the industry. The community is home to 190+ units and is part of a supportive onsite team, with ongoing opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general upkeep

• Participate in on-call rotation every other week for emergency maintenance requests

• Assist with janitorial duties to keep the property clean and welcoming

• Communicate clearly with residents and team members to ensure work orders are completed on time

• Support preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in building maintenance, janitorial services, or similar roles

• Comfortable participating in an on-call schedule

• Willing to perform cleaning tasks as part of regular duties

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Eagerness to grow in the industry — certification support is available
