At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a high-performing Property Manager to lead operations at a 200+ unit affordable housing community in Santa Rosa, CA.
This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about affordable housing, driving occupancy, and leading through transformation. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership and a long-term CapEx investment plan.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of a 200+ unit affordable housing property
Lead and support a team of leasing, maintenance, and community staff
Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
Execute value-add and capital improvement projects (with long-term funding in place)
Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing affordable housing properties
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting
Experience with CA Tax Credit and HUD, including recertifications
Background in leasing and marketing, including social media and resident events
Proven ability to lead value-add or CapEx projects
