The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced property manager who can thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, juggle multiple stakeholders, and maintain top-tier operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee daily operations across residential, retail, and HOA segments of Class A property

• Manage budgeting, accruals, P&Ls, variance reporting, and purchase orders

• Provide exceptional communication and service to residents, retail tenants, and HOA members

• Take a hands-on approach to resident satisfaction, maintenance, and operations
  
  

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing Class A properties

• Strong financial acumen (able to audit accountant's work, handle accruals, and manage P&Ls)

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment—especially during summer turn season

• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across retail, HOA, and residential components
