This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who's ready to take on a hands-on leadership role in a community-focused environment. The right candidate will be an active presence on the property, building strong relationships with residents while managing day-to-day operations with a focus on service and accountability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being involved in their community and running efficient operations through strong tech skills and organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a manufactured housing community

• Maintain resident files and manage rent collection processes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and the local community

• Lead and support a team, including a Sales Consultant and Maintenance Tech

• Manage property operations with a hands-on, active presence on-site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience

• Manufactured housing experience preferred

• Strong technology skills and comfort managing operations through computer systems

• Ability to be an active, engaged manager within the community

• Make $55,000 or more in total compensation, including salary and commissions

• Earn commission on home sales where you take the lead

• Standard Monday - Friday schedule of 8 am to 5 pm
