Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a manufactured housing community

• Lead sales and leasing efforts, including taking the lead on home sales

• Manage and support onsite team members

• Engage actively with the community and residents

• Utilize property management software and technology to run efficient operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience

• Strong sales and leasing background with a go-getter mentality

• Comfortable managing and leading a team

• Proficient with technology and property management systems

• Manufactured housing experience preferred
