This is a great opportunity for someone with LIHTC experience who is ready to run a newly stabilized asset independently. This property was developed in partnership with Soldier On and serves a veteran-focused population, so compassion, initiative, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a small 60-unit LIHTC property

• Work closely with veterans, case workers, and on-site Soldier On representatives

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and outside partners

• Coordinate with maintenance and compliance staff as needed

• Ensure property compliance and excellent service delivery in a solo-manager setting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing LIHTC properties or 3+ years as an Assistant Property Manager on LIHTC sites

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to manage independently in a small team environment

• Compassionate demeanor with experience serving vulnerable populations

• Must demonstrate initiative and organizational ability
