Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a 250-unit midrise property

• Supervise a 5-person team, including leasing and maintenance staff

• Manage budgeting, expense control, and capital project execution

• Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction through creative events and community engagement

• Ensure compliance with financial goals and company standards

• Coordinate rent collection for commercial tenants on the ground floor

• Leverage Yardi for operations and reporting (CRM and PayScan experience a plus)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience (Class A or new build preferred)

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to energize and motivate staff

• Experience with marketing, resident events, and social media strategy

• Familiarity with competitive leasing environments and strong closing skills

• Yardi proficiency required; CRM and PayScan experience preferred

• Polished, outgoing communication style with a focus on hospitality
