This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who's passionate about student housing, driving occupancy, and leading high-performing teams. With a full amenity space renovation underway and a property located less than one mile from Auburn University, the right candidate will have the resources and support to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership and a growing portfolio of 40 properties nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 500+ bed student housing property

• Lead and support a team of full-time and part-time leasing and maintenance staff

• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports

• Execute value-add and capital improvement projects, including ongoing renovations

• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience

• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
