At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a service-forward Property Manager to oversee a boutique, concierge-style high-rise community in Washington, DC.

This is a hands-on, largely solo operator role at a well-occupied, high-touch asset in one of DC’s most walkable neighborhoods. With limited on-site support and residents who value responsiveness, the right candidate will be organized, relationship-driven, and confident owning operations, leasing performance, and financials end to end.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a boutique 80+ unit concierge-style community

• Serve as the primary on-site leader and resident point of contact, delivering high-touch service and fast follow-through

• Drive leasing and renewals through relationship-based selling and resident experience

• Manage budgets, reporting, KPIs, and operational priorities with minimal on-site support

• Provide occasional weekend coverage as needed (approximately monthly)

Qualifications

• Experience as a Property Manager, General Manager, or a strong Assistant Manager/Sales Manager ready to step into full ownership

• Proven ability to operate independently and stay organized in a lean-site environment

• Strong financial and KPI fluency, including budgeting and performance reporting

• Customer service mindset with a hospitality-forward approach to resident experience

• Experience with Yardi is preferred
