This is a prime opportunity for an experienced operator who thrives on stabilizing underperforming assets and executing large-scale renovations in occupied communities. With full control over financials, reporting, leasing strategy, and vendor performance, you’ll have the autonomy and support to deliver real impact with a community-wide renovation plan recently greenlit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 400+ unit multifamily property

• Execute a full-property renovation to modernize the 40-year-old property

• Lead and develop an on-site team of leasing and maintenance professionals

• Own financial performance and reporting, including budgets, NOI, and P&L

• Drive occupancy through targeted marketing, leasing strategies, and vendor partners

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a multifamily property manager

• Proven success in overseeing major multifamily CapEx and unit renovation projects

• Strong vendor management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple contractors

• Demonstrated ability to improve occupancy through leasing, marketing, and retention

• Detail-oriented, data-driven leader who takes ownership and delivers accurate reports
