This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional with a strong background in third-party management who thrives in the student housing environment. You'll oversee a team of 10-12 staff members and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on operations, resident experience, and property performance. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 700+ bed student housing property

• Lead and support a team of 10-12 leasing, maintenance, and community staff

• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports

• Drive occupancy and leasing performance through effective marketing and operations

• Foster a high-performing team culture focused on resident satisfaction and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience in student housing

• Third-party management experience required

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reporting

• Background in leasing, marketing, and resident engagement
