Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 250+ bed student housing property

• Lead and support a team of full-time and part-time leasing and maintenance staff

• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports

• Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and resident retention

• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience

• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

• Assistant or Leasing Managers with student housing experience will also be considered
