Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a student housing portfolio (600+ beds at the flagship property, plus two secondary sites)

• Oversee leasing, marketing, financials, and maintenance operations

• Set the tone for team energy, culture, and resident engagement

• Drive pre-leasing efforts, seasonal turn coordination, and full occupancy goals

• Manage relationships with university stakeholders and local vendors

• Own financial performance, including budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis

• Serve as the key point of contact across sites and departments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager in student housing

• Strong leadership presence and ability to set a high-energy tone for onsite teams

• Proven experience managing leasing, marketing, facilities, and financial performance

• Familiarity with seasonal turn logistics and student leasing cycles

• Multi-site experience strongly preferred

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, reporting, accruals)
