This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who's passionate about leading through transformation. You'll oversee a renovation and rebranding at a recently acquired property that's already performing well. With full control over operations, team leadership, and the execution of a major capital improvement plan, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact while working with a supportive ownership group committed to long-term investment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 600+ bed student housing property

• Manage property financials, budgets, NOI, and reporting

• Execute renovation and rebranding initiatives with full capital funding in place

• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing student housing properties

• Proven ability to lead and hold teams accountable with confidence

• Background in renovation and rebranding projects strongly preferred

• Experience working with demanding residents and families
