This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who's ready to step into a leadership role with a solid team already in place. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a 600+ bed student housing property

• Lead and support an established team of leasing, maintenance, and community staff

• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports

• Drive occupancy and retention through strategic leasing and marketing initiatives

• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing student housing properties

• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments

• Background in leasing and marketing preferred
