This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about driving occupancy and leading a fully leased property. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a student housing property

• Lead and support a team of leasing, maintenance, and community staff

• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports

• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

• Ensure effective delegation and follow-through on tasks

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing student housing properties

• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting

• Experience with Entrata required

• Outgoing personality with strong leadership qualities

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
