• Oversee daily operations of a large 900-bed student housing property

• Manage a large team across leasing, maintenance, and resident services

• Lead leasing and marketing campaigns to drive occupancy

• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and delinquency collection

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a student housing Property Manager

• Strong background in marketing and leasing strategy

• Comfortable working with regional leaders and ownership

Perks

• $82,000–$88,000 base salary

• Up to $12,000 annually in bonuses ($2,250 quarterly + $3,000 turn bonus)
