Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee daily operations of a 500 bed student housing property

• Lead a team including an Assistant Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, techs, and leasing staff

• Drive marketing and leasing campaigns to increase occupancy

• Manage budgeting, reporting, and resident experience initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of student housing Property Manager experience

• Proven ability to run successful leasing and marketing campaigns

• Outgoing and confident communicator, especially over the phone

• Comfortable working with ownership and providing team leadership

Perks

• $65,000–$80,000 base salary

• Up to $11,000/year in bonuses ($2,000 quarterly + $3,000 turn bonus potential)
