At Percy, we’re helping talented professionals connect with top-tier property management firms across the country. We’re currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Atlanta metro area.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of 9 conventional multifamily A/B properties (2,500 units)

• Conduct regular property visits (typically 3 field days/week, 2 remote admin days)

• Collaborate with on-site teams to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction

• Train, mentor, and manage property-level leadership and staff

• Ensure compliance with company policies, housing laws, and safety protocols

• Monitor financial performance and work with leadership to meet NOI goals

• Travel within a 3-hour driving radius of Atlanta

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Regional Manager or Area Manager in multifamily housing

• Must have managed portfolios of 1,500+ units across multiple sites

• Based in Atlanta or the surrounding area (local candidates strongly preferred)

• Demonstrated leadership in high-autonomy environments

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Professional presence and strong cultural alignment with high-performance teams
