At Percy, we're building new ways to connect top Medicare agents with lucrative opportunities. We're currently looking for an experienced agent to join a technology-enabled insurance agency offering a compelling 1099 program where leads are provided free of charge. 

Candidates should be motivated to work as a 1099 agent with uncapped earning potential. If you have extensive Medicare sales experience and are looking for an opportunity to boost your earning potential and gain more flexibility as a remote 1099 agent this opportunity could be a great fit.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work remotely as a 1099 agent selling Medicare coverage over the phone

• Make outbound phone calls to warm leads provided free of charge

• Educate potential customers on the range of different Medicare coverage options

• Recommend Medicare products that best meet the needs of the customer

Qualifications and Skills

• Active health insurance license in at least 8 of the following states:

  • GA, SC, MO, IN, NC, MI, NJ, NY, AR, WA, TX, TN, KS.

• Made at least 150 sales during each AEP 2023 & 2024

• 2 years of Medicare sales experience

• Have your own office/work-from-home setup
