We’re currently searching for a Renovation Project Manager to oversee major renovation and interior improvement projects at a large multifamily community in Cincinnati, OH.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a maintenance leader or regional maintenance director with experience managing large teams and coordinating unit renovations at scale. The right candidate will combine strong communication, quality control expertise, and hands-on oversight of contractors to drive progress on a multi-year renovation plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage unit turns, improvements, and renovations at a 900+ unit property

• Lead a 3-year renovation initiative, coordinating schedules, supply orders, and budgets

• Manage and oversee 3-7 contractors and ensure high-quality work

• Track and manage daily progress using make-ready boards and other tools

• Conduct quality control reviews across units and maintain project timelines

• Travel or relocate in the future for new projects as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role

• Experience overseeing maintenance operations for 600+ units

• Strong organizational and quality control skills

• Excellent communicator with experience managing external contractors

• Background in large-scale interior unit turns and renovations

• Regional or multi-site management experience a plus
