This is a great opportunity for someone with affordable housing experience who is ready to take on a visible, customer-facing role at a flagship property. The property combines Section 8, LIHTC, income averaging, and market-rate units, making this an excellent fit for a candidate with experience navigating multiple subsidy programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and across daily resident interactions

• Assist with leasing efforts, including prescreening applicants and preparing paperwork

• Submit and track maintenance work orders

• Support general office operations and day-to-day resident needs

• Maintain a professional, polished presence that reflects the property’s high standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience (program-specific experience not required)

• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor

• Experience working with LIHTC, Section 8, or income averaging programs a plus

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
