Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in a multifamily student housing property

• Collaborate with a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors

• Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks

• Assist with turn season preparations and execution

• Respond to on-call emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of student housing maintenance experience

• Experience with turn season processes

• Ability to work 8am-4pm plus on-call shifts

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
