This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property management, sales, or leasing experience who's ready to take on a dynamic role with strong earning potential. With over 10 homes currently for sale and a 2% commission structure on sales you lead, the right candidate will have the ability to significantly increase their earnings while serving a vibrant 55+ community. Whether you're coming from assistant property management, automotive sales, furniture sales, or another customer-focused background, this role offers room to grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities for a 350+ site manufactured home community

• Support day-to-day property management and administrative operations

• Lead home sales opportunities within the community and earn commission on deals

• Provide excellent customer service to residents in a 55+ community setting

• Assist with property tours, applications, and resident communications

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales 

• Strong sales and administrative skills with a customer-first approach

• Ability to work in a community-focused environment and build relationships
