Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead leasing operations at a 500+ unit Class A property

• Manage and mentor two Leasing Consultants

• Oversee all marketing and social media campaigns

• Plan and execute on-site resident events to drive engagement and traffic

• Help troubleshoot resident issues and drive occupancy goals

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of Leasing Manager experience in multifamily housing

• Class A property experience strongly preferred

• Must have prior experience managing or mentoring leasing teams

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Experience running social media and marketing campaigns

Compensation and Benefits

• $70,000 - $72,000 base salary

• Up to 15% annual bonus (split quarterly)

• $100 per new lease

• $100 per renewal (split among the team)

• 20% rent discount at the property
