This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with 2+ years of experience in electrical, plumbing, minor HVAC, and carpentry who wants to join a collaborative on-site team and make an immediate impact. The property was rehabbed in 2012, and you’ll help keep building systems running smoothly while delivering responsive service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical, plumbing, minor HVAC, and carpentry work orders and repairs

• Support unit turns, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance

• Diagnose issues, source parts, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation

• Coordinate with vendors and assist the maintenance supervisor as needed

• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience

• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, minor HVAC, and carpentry

• Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills
