This is a great opportunity for a polished, high-performing Property Manager with Class A multifamily experience who’s looking to take ownership of a large, luxury asset with deep company visibility. The right candidate will be passionate about building culture, leading teams, and managing a complex resident mix that includes students and professionals in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead day-to-day operations of a 500+ unit Class A property

• Oversee a large, dynamic team while driving performance and team cohesion

• Plan and host on-site events that resonate with both undergraduates and luxury renters

• Ensure top-tier service, resident satisfaction, and strong online reputation

• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and corporate to meet NOI and leasing goals

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing Class A multifamily properties

• Experience with 300+ unit properties required

• Polished and professional presence, with excellent communication skills

• Must be team-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable owning a high-profile asset

Compensation and Benefits

• $130,000–$140,000 base salary

• Up to 20% annual bonus (split quarterly)

• $100 per new lease / $100 per renewal (split)

• 20% rent discount at the property
