At Percy, we’re building new ways to help people find rewarding careers with top-tier property management companies across the country. We’re currently seeking a polished and experienced General Manager to lead the lease-up and launch of a luxury mixed-use community in downtown St. Louis.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a Class A residential lease-up at a high-profile historic redevelopment. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in luxury multifamily operations, proven lease-up success, and the polish and professionalism to lead in a Ritz-Carlton-caliber setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lease-up efforts and daily operations for a 200+ unit luxury property 

• Oversee team, including AGM, Leasing Agent, and potential Maintenance Supervisor

• Collaborate with on-site hotel team to coordinate shared operations and brand alignment

• Own marketing strategy and execution to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction

• Operate with a high level of autonomy, this is your property to lead

• Serve as the face of the building to residents, stakeholders, and ownership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience in Class A or luxury properties

• At least one full lease-up cycle completed

• Exceptional leadership, operations, and marketing skills

• Polished, professional presence and hospitality-caliber service mindset

• No affordable or student housing experience

• Strong career stability is preferred over frequent lease-up hopping
