We’re currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a flagship 500+ unit community with retail components in Denver’s vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a 500+ unit mixed-use property

• Manage a 15+ person team, including office and maintenance staff

• Drive leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and online reputation improvements

• Oversee property financials including monthly variance reports and executive summaries

• Collaborate with leadership to meet occupancy, delinquency, and maintenance goals

• Ensure positive team culture and performance across multiple departments

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multifamily properties with 500+ units

• Experience leading teams of 10+ staff members

• Proven success managing retail/commercial tenants and operations

• Strong understanding of property financials and variance reporting

• Demonstrated ability to improve online reputation and property performance

• Polished, professional, and effective communicator
