Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across two LIHTC properties (totaling 300+ units)

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance paperwork

• Manage budgets and financial performance for two separate properties

• Coordinate with leasing teams to drive occupancy and resident retention

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, including large (300+ unit) properties

• 1+ year of experience managing LIHTC properties

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across sites

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with compliance processes and document collection

• Earn up to $100k in total compensation ($80k base + quarterly and renewal bonuses)
