What You'll Do:

• Oversee operations and performance for 20,000+ units across multiple regions.

• Provide strategic leadership to 6 direct reports managing a team of 35 regional managers.

• Engage directly with third-party clients, commanding the room through exceptional communication and leadership.

• Ensure compliance and operational excellence across diverse property portfolios.

Ideal Candidate:

• 10-15 years of comprehensive property management experience, with at least 2-3 years in senior leadership.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing large portfolios of 10,000+ units.

• Proven track record managing and mentoring regional managers or VPs.

• Extensive knowledge of Colorado housing regulations.

• CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification strongly preferred.

• Comfortable with travel (up to 50%) and based in the Denver area.
