At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee an affordable housing portfolio across the Greater Albany, NY Capital Region.
This is a newly created role with true ownership of the region, supporting a portfolio of approximately 1,000+ units across about half a dozen communities, including both senior and family housing. The portfolio includes stabilized assets as well as active and upcoming lease-up activity tied to a major redevelopment, making this an ideal opportunity for a hands-on affordable housing leader who can strengthen site performance, develop teams, and operate confidently in LIHTC and Section 8 environments.
If you'd like to be considered, please submit a resume for review.
