At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to support operations at a high-rise student housing community in downtown Atlanta, GA.
This is a high-impact, number-two leadership role for a student-housing operator who enjoys being hands-on across day-to-day operations, leasing oversight, and team leadership. The community is in a rebuild year with momentum heading into the leasing season, and this seat offers strong runway for growth into a General Manager role.

Responsibilities
Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations for a high-rise student housing community
Oversee leasing performance and help drive execution as leasing accelerates into late spring
Help lead, coach, and stabilize the onsite team across leasing, resident services, and operations
Assist with resident experience, issue resolution, and reputation management in a competitive submarket
Support reporting, organization, and operational follow-through to keep the property on track
Qualifications
Student housing experience required
2+ years of experience in an Assistant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or similar leadership role
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with shifting priorities
Proven ability to lead through change and help stabilize teams during rebuild periods
Interest in career growth toward a General Manager seat

Total compensation range: $50,000 to $65,000 (base plus bonus potential), with top-end base up to $65,000 and bonus potential based on performance
