We're currently seeking a Senior Community Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations at a brand-new, flagship student housing community near the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven student housing leasing professional who can coach and develop a large team while driving high-volume leasing through the community’s first major turn. You’ll oversee a mixed team of full-time leasing staff and part-time student concierge, with dedicated onsite support handling resident services and admin so you can stay focused on performance, training, and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leasing performance for a newly delivered, amenity-rich student housing community with 1,900+ beds

• Hire, train, coach, and hold accountable a large leasing team including part-time student concierge staff

• Drive leasing strategy, sales execution, and outreach to hit aggressive occupancy goals during peak season

• Maintain strong coverage and team performance through holidays, breaks, and turn-season staffing challenges

• Partner with onsite leadership to ensure a smooth first turn and strong resident move-in experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of student housing leasing experience with a strong understanding of turn season

• Proven people-management experience leading and coaching leasing teams (including part-time staff)

• Track record of success in high-volume leasing environments (large communities and/or lease-ups preferred)

• Sales-driven mindset with the grit and urgency to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting

• Open to relocation to Knoxville (local candidates not required)

• Total compensation range of $87k to $109k (base salary plus bonus potential), with top-end base of $85k and bonus potential up to approximately 28%
