At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor (multi-site) to support three affordable housing communities in Pittsburgh, PA.

This role is ideal for a seasoned technician ready to take the next step into leadership without giving up the tools. You’ll oversee a small team already in place at each site, stay active in day-to-day maintenance, and help tackle real building challenges including HVAC-driven moisture concerns, an older rehabbed building with envelope issues, and a senior community where resident comfort is a daily priority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across three nearby communities totaling 150+ units

• Lead and support a team of three onsite maintenance technicians while remaining hands-on in the field

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry items, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance

• Coordinate vendors, manage work order flow, and support unit turns and inspections across the portfolio

• Participate in an on-call rotation averaging about one weekend per month and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• Multifamily maintenance experience with broad “jack of all trades” capability (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, turns, PMs)

• Prior experience directing other technicians’ work (formal supervisor title not required)

• Comfort working across multiple sites and adjusting daily priorities based on property needs

• Ability to be onsite five days per week and commute reliably between South Hills and city locations

• EPA Section 608 certification is a plus, not a requirement

• Total compensation range: $65,000 to $69,000 (base plus overtime potential), with top-end earnings around $69,000
